she is very entertaining! I am waiting (impatiently) for my daughter to get home (to watch her brother) so we can get out for a few hours. At night. Like grown ups.
My husband has been asleep on the couch since about 7pm. My daughter is cutting a bunch of stuff out of magazines, which she will probably *need* to keep forever. Ben is probably lighting something on fire.
She is too cute! I'd like to place an order of chicken nuggets, french fries, and apologize for the little accident on aisle four. I found the Depends so it shouldn't happen again.
I had an exciting Friday night- our magic show went off without a hitch. The boys went to their fathers after the show so Josh & I were a little excited about maybe going out...
we ended up eating pizza on the couch and watching Black Swan.
I love these videos of Audrey! Look even when pretending she's in a managerial role - lol! My son is all about "Welcome to McDonalds, may I take your order?" I'm thinking I'm gonna have to get him redirected to saying "Take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning" instead...
Had a "successful" playdate with neurotypical children. Both my kids cried only once. A damn miracle. Of course once was my son crying because a child wanted to play with him. Apparently he didn't want to play. We were so close. Ha ha. =)
Doesn't take much to entertain my kids either. We have plenty of those friday nights. lol. Thanks for stopping by. I responded in my comments, but I just wanted to let you know that I think there is a misconception. I am not celebrating the disease, but rather my little man. Some days are not easy, but he is teaching me daily. And today I only wanted to celebrate his strengths and the amazing strides he has made. Where is your daughter on the spectrum?
Your Friday night beats mine any day. It kind of reminded me of Tommy Boy when Farley is talking into the fan, in the best way, as that's in my top 10 movies of all time.

ReplyDeleteAwesome.
ReplyDeleteWe made a bed sheet tent in the living room and watched Wizard Of Waverly Place. We're hard core.
Oh. And I got drunk.
Like I said. Hard core.

ReplyDeleteAnd I am glad my kids aren't the only ones who still feel the need to insert a microphone into their mouths.
ReplyDeleteCleaning up Aisle 4 would be more entertaining than MY Friday night, that's for sure.
ReplyDeleteUnlike you, I am having an amazing Friday night. You'll probably read about it in the tabloids on Monday.

ReplyDeleteWatching the lint collect in my navel!

That was a lot more entertaining than what I was doing.....which was sitting on here trying to make sense of something.
ReplyDeleteThat was better than Ghost Hunters. Although I do like when Zac gets scared and runs away...
ReplyDeleteAudrey is way more entertaining!

ReplyDeleteShe's so cute, and obedient! No Friday (or Saturday) night excitement here either...

ReplyDeleteYou need to get her to practice for something bigger. How about "I'd like to thank the academy?"
ReplyDeletecleanup on aisle 4 - great album title.

ReplyDeleteOh man Lynn, forget the EVP's or whatever your husband is worried about and let the poor kid use the Leapster thing.
